Both of the photographs are examples of how a subject with a mundane background can be transformed with the addition of a texture.  If you would like to see the untouched original, let me know.

I am just getting into using textures to enhance some of my portraits; but I try to limit the use and not overwhelm the image.  Although, this path may bring me to wild and different artistic places.  Intricate compositing may be next??  Who knows…
